Warranty Policy

Product warranty is: Fix errors and problems that occur due to manufacturer errors. Depending on regulations, each product will have its own warranty period. Every Hiep Phong Led product sold has a warranty stamp and manufacturing date. When the product does not function as it originally did, during the warranty period, the product will be sent back to the manufacturer to fix the error.

WARRANTY PROVISIONS 

All warranty policies of Led Hiep Phong must comply with the following regulations:

• Warranty products are: in their original shape when manufactured, not dented, not broken, not fire, explosion, short-circuit, overloaded, over-voltage, not broken welds, not altered Original design structure, not damaged by water or chemicals...
• Cases not covered by warranty: due to natural disasters, storms, floods, fires, animal vandalism, insect residence, or people intentionally causing damage...
• Electrical equipment, circuit breaker, socket switch: over voltage, overload, breakage, loss of accessory screws, paint, mortar, loss or torn packaging will not be covered by the warranty.

LOCATION FOR PICK UP - EXCHANGE - RETURN WARRANTY

Defective products will be handled at the manufacturers' warranty centers. In case it is not convenient for customers, we can support warranty returns and exchanges at our transaction locations. :

PRODUCT INNOVATION

When the product is returned for warranty, if it is not completely repaired, we will request a replacement for the customer with another similar product.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

• Product has expired warranty .
• The warranty stamp is torn or has been tampered with from outside.
• Products that are dented, deformed, water intruded, over-voltage, overloaded, broken, missing screws, accessories, paint, mortar, lost or torn packaging will not be covered by the warranty.
