Delivery time

Shipping time will be based on specific province and region. Usually we provide estimated shipping time as below

• Inner Ho Chi Minh City route: delivery within 1-3 days since the system confirms by phone
• Ho Chi Minh City suburban route: delivery within 2-4 days since the system confirms by phone
• Route Da Nang, Central: delivery within 2-5 days since the system confirmed by phone
• All other cities: delivery within 2-7 days after confirmation by phone

Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

How many times can an order be delivered?

Orders can be delivered up to 3 times (If the first time the order is delivered unsuccessfully, the shipping staff will contact you for the second time, the third time after 1-2 working days, so after 3 deliveries. unsuccessful translation, the order will be canceled)

Can I see the product when I receive the goods?

In order to meet the interests of customers, Led Hiep Phong supports the policy of showing and checking the goods right after receiving the goods. Led Hiep Phong encourages customers to carefully check the goods (quantity, color, type, product appearance, ...).
