Refund Policy

All products are renewed within 6 months from the date of installation:
1. If the fault is caused by the manufacturer, the warranty cannot be repaired.
2. No human impact.
3. Must use the correct voltage, temperature and humidity according to the specifications of each type of floor.
4. Not damaged by mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratched, damaged by damp, rust, water, animals entering or force majeure events such as natural disaster, fire, explosion.
